Nevada Development Partners LP plans to build Sky Las Vegas, a 40-story luxury high rise condominium tower on the Strip, located on the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard, south of Sahara Avenue. Nevada Development Partners LP is a partnership of Aaron Yashouafar, chief executive officer of Milbank Real Estate Services, Inc., a 27-year-old Los Angeles-based full service real estate company specializing in development and property and asset management, whose current portfolio includes nearly 2 million square feet, along with David Pourbaba and Neil Kadisha, noted Southern California real estate developers. Pourbaba has more than 20 years experience in the industry developing mixed-use projects throughout California and Texas. Kadisha, an original investor and 12-year director of Qualcomm, is currently chief executive officer of Omninet Capital LLC, a Beverly Hills, Calif. investment firm involved in real estate and private equity.

Sky Las Vegas is being designed by award-winning Klai Juba Architecture in collaboration with Desjardins Design Group, a Miami, Florida-based design firm specializing in hospitality and condominium development throughout the U.S. and abroad, and whose credits include several projects for luxury high-rise condominium developer, Turnberry Associates.
