The proposed project is for a 64 story hotel condominium project located west of Las Vegas Blvd on Fashion Show Dr.  The project is modeled after the successful New York venture at One Central Park West, Trump promised his Trump International Hotel and Tower will shake up Las Vegas' already thriving high-rise residential market.

The $300 million project is a 50/50 venture between Trump and New Frontier owner Phil Ruffin.  Proposed at 645 feet, Trump said his would be the tallest building in Las Vegas. The 1.6 million square foot building will be divided into over 1,000 luxurious condominium hotel units ranging in size from 636 square feet to 1,057 square feet some units can be combined to create a 1,693 square foot suite, there will also be 50 exquisite penthouse units ranging in size from 3,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet.  The tower is being designed by Las Vegas architecture firm Bergman, Walls & Associates and will feature clad 24K gold glass with sparkling white accents.

Due to the overwhelming success of the first tower Trump and Phil Ruffin have proposed to build a second tower which will be an exact twin to the first one.  They’re also moving up the groundbreaking of the first tower with units expected to be ready for occupancy early 2008.  Trump said sales have been phenomenal because people like the product they’re offering and the second tower will be just as spectacular as the first one.
